We ask you about your health condition and others before you come during this period.

       Due to the recent Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, I must ask all potential clients about their health condition                               and contact information.These questions are based on the new Fukuoka City business regulations to prevent the spread             of the virus and to protect my staff and clients. If you do not answer these questions, then I may decline your clientele.

        We need to know your full name, your hotel name,room number, contact information and what services  you are interested in. If you are staying at AirBnB or other situations then we are sorry, we are not able to take your appointment by email. Please visit us to make your appointment and we will ask for your name and deposit.

If you are interested in color :

        Color products available in other countries differ from those in Japan.

        Products in the US and Europe have peroxide levels of 30 vol,40 vol, while those in Japan have 20 vol,  which means it takes a longer time to achieve the desired color.

        All products differ, so please understand if we cannot accommodate your exact requests.

If you are interested in straightening/relaxer/rebonding services:

        We provide PLEX straightening with Keratin developed by a Japanese company.

         It takes about 3 hours depending on hair length, texture, and technique.

         You need to have hair length more than 4 inches (about 10cm).

         If this is your first time, please contact us for a consultation beforehand so we can accommodate.

☑ Late Policy
         We ask that customers be on time for their appointments. If you are running late, please contact us as

         soon as possible to let us know. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment

         we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame in addition to a late fee.

☑ 'NO-SHOW' Policy
         If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time,

         the appointment may be considered a “No-Show” and subject to a late fee.

☑  Rescheduling & Late fees
         We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24-hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. Cancellations or Missed Appointments WITHOUT 24-Hours notice will result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. 

☑  Right to refuse service cancellation policy 
        The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, we reserve the right to refuse  service.Reasons for refusal of services includes, but is not limited to, lice, skin infections, open    wounds, contagious illnesses (or symptoms),  or rude/obnoxious behavior. We humbly ask for your cooperation and thank you for your understanding.

☑  Cancellations 

         A ¥7,000 fee applies to all missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours           notice, per service booked, with the exception of Color,Perm and Straightening , 

         for which a ¥10,000 fee applies. 

☑  YASU's schedule :

         Please make an appointment 1 - 2 weeks in advance.
